Job Description

The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring inventory activities at the Jazan site, ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient material flow, and effective stock control across site operations.

The role holder supports the site operations team by maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, and ensuring that materials are available to support operational requirements. The role operates within an active operational environment involving material handling, equipment operations, and continuous logistics movements, requiring close coordination with site teams to maintain operational efficiency and inventory visibility.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions at the Jazan site, including receipts, storage, transfers, and dispatch activities.

Monitor daily inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Coordinate with the site operations and logistics teams to ensure timely movement and availability of materials required for operational activities.

Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical stock verification to ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and support the implementation of corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation and tracking of materials within the inventory management system.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams regarding material requirements, replenishment plans, and inventory status updates.

Monitor and report inventory-related KPIs, including stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and stock availability.

Support the preparation of periodic inventory reports and provide insights to site management regarding stock movement and material utilization.

Assist in implementing inventory management processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and inventory visibility.

Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required

Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English

0-3 years experience in similar or related field

Experience in inventory management and stock control within operational or industrial environments

knowledge and experience operating on SAP or equivalent Warehouse Management System

Exposure to site operations, warehouse management, or logistics activities is preferred.
