Experience: 24 years (in Inventory / Stores / Warehouse operations)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / relevant field
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring proper stock management practices are followed in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials in ERP/inventory systems.
- Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and lead times to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment of materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of materials as per company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports, variance analyses, and consumption trends to management.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize losses, damages, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and UAE customs regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory documentation and reports.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- MS Excel: Proficiency in stock registers, pivot reports, and reorder tracking.
- Inventory Management Concepts: ABC Analysis, FIFO / LIFO / FEFO methods.
- Cycle Counting: Regular small stock audits for accuracy.
- Safety Stock & Reorder Point Planning
- Just-in-Time (JIT) Inventory management principles.

- Stock Register / Bin Cards
- Goods Received Note (GRN)
- Material Issue Voucher (MIV)
- Inventory Valuation Report
- Reorder Report
- Variance Report (System vs. Physical Stock)
