Inventory Coordinator – Zoho Inventory Specialist

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator with proven experience in Zoho Inventory to manage and streamline our purchasing, stock, and sales order processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of coordinating between suppliers, warehouse, finance, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to closure.
• Record Goods Receipts (GRNs) including partial and multi-PO shipments.
• Reconcile supplier Delivery Orders (DOs) with POs and warehouse receipts.
• Handle damaged/extra stock through inventory adjustments and credit note processes.
• Manage Sales Orders (SOs) and generate Delivery Challans for customer shipments.
• Ensure accurate linkage between customer invoices, POs, and GRNs for back-to-back sales.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers (Dyson/UPS), and finance team to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain real-time stock visibility across all warehouses.
• Prepare and share inventory reports and reconciliations with management.

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory (mandatory); exposure to Zoho Books preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory documents (PO, SO, GRN, DO, DC).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading/distribution environment.

• Experience in consumer electronics distribution or FMCG.
• Familiarity with international freight handling (UPS, DHL, air freight).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Accounting.
