Inventory & Costing Controller

Develop and maintain product costing models, ensuring correct standard costs for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.

Analyze production variances (material usage, yield, and overhead absorption) and report root causes.

Support monthly and annual cost roll-up and updates to reflect price or process changes.

Perform monthly stock count & reconciliations between physical counts, warehouse records, and GL balances.

Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure compliance with FIFO and accurate stock valuation.

Ensure accurate accounting entries for material movements, cost allocations, and stock adjustments.

Prepare monthly cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and cost of goods sold (COGS) reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal control standards, and ZATCA tax requirements (including VAT and Excise).

Oversee inventory and costing module integration between Production, Warehouse, and Finance in SAP.

Support FCM in budling P&P an process mapping for I2C department

Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliations, costing details, and stock movement records.
