Job Description:
The
Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory levels and accuracy within the company. Develop and implement inventory management strategies, optimize processes, and ensure efficient stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures to optimize stock levels minimize costs.
- Implement controls and procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage of assets.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends and forecasts to identify inventory needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and logistics, to align inventory management with business objectives and ensure availability of products.
- Lead and manage the inventory team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze inventory data accurately.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
- Identify and resolve inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to inventory management.
- Manage and control company assets outside warehouses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 7-10 Years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal.
- Basic understanding of inventory principles and strategies.
