Hiring: Inventory Manager | UAE
I'm currently partnering with a leading organization in the cranes and heavy equipment sector to identify an experienced Inventory Manager who can drive inventory excellence, optimize warehouse operations, and lead SAP-related inventory initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in inventory control, material management, and SAP MM/MM-SD, particularly within industries such as tower cranes, heavy equipment, construction equipment, or other technical engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations including receiving, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and stock accuracy
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures, forecasting strategies, and material tracking processes
- Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, and KPI reporting to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Oversee inbound and outbound material flow in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams
- Drive warehouse optimization, material handling standards, and process improvement initiatives
- Support and lead SAP MM/MM-SD implementation, enhancement, and user adoption across the business
- Manage and develop a team of inventory and warehouse professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of Inventory or Material Management experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP MM and MM/SD modules
- Proven experience within heavy equipment, tower cranes, construction machinery, or similar sectors
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies, warehouse operations, and reporting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
