Role Overview:
The Inventory Manager will oversee all warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring efficient stock management, accurate tracking, and compliance with UAE food safety standards. The role involves managing multi-temperature storage, maintaining system accuracy, and optimizing overall inventory performance within FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inventory operations across ambient, chiller, and frozen storage areas.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO, batch, and expiry management processes.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and lead reconciliation activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS and ERP systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- 810 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in FMCG/Foodstuff.
- Proven experience in multi-temperature warehouse environments.
- Strong working knowledge of WMS, ERP platforms, MS Excel, and inventory control processes.
