Inventory & Operations Manager (Jewellery)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock consolidation, replenishment, allocation, and distribution based on sales performance and HTV trends.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify fast- and slow-moving products and optimize stock levels.
• Prepare production plans and daily/weekly/monthly sales, brand, and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate gold stock records, system data, and Excel reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and deliveries.
• Prepare store allocations, dispatches, Gold Outstanding Reports, and weekly Gold Payment Plans.
• Coordinate gold scrap melting and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, controls, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in inventory management/sales planning in jewellery.
• Strong Excel, ERP, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control, replenishment, and sales analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
