Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and farm locations.
• Perform inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
