Job Description
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Investigation Team.
Monitor team performance against established KPIs and service standards.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of investigation reports.
Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance, productivity, and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in investigations, field verification, control, risk assessment, or a related operational role.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in developing and monitoring performance metrics and service quality standards.
Ability to manage field operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in the banking, microfinance, SME, fintech, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
