Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Advisor role based in Asyut, Egypt. The Investment Advisor will work directly with individual and institutional customers to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons, providing tailored investment recommendations and ongoing portfolio reviews. Responsibilities include developing and implementing investment strategies, preparing financial plans, monitoring market trends, and aligning solutions with MetLife's products and services. The role involves delivering responsive and professional customer service, explaining complex financial concepts in clear terms, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Investment Advisor will collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales and educational initiatives, and support the growth of MetLife's presence in the local market.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze customer needs and build comprehensive financial plans.
  • Proficiency in Investments and Investment Strategies to construct, monitor, and adjust portfolios aligned with client objectives.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA or local equivalents) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in Egypt and the broader region.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Asyut, collaborate with diverse teams, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
