We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Off-Plan Investment Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding investors through Dubai's thriving off-plan property market, providing expert advice, and helping clients identify the most profitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Dubai's off-plan real estate market and available investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Present and promote exclusive projects, highlighting ROI, payment plans, and growth potential.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead follow-up to deal closure.
• Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and investment insights.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (minimum 1–2 years, off-plan preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, developers, and investment trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
