Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Analyst for managing the investment. The role will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and supporting the management of investment and divestment transactions along with associated capital formation/management activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of real estate markets, financial modelling, and investment principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate investment markets and opportunities.
- Evaluate financial data, market trends, and property values to assess investment risks and returns.
- Performing various analyses to assist in making investment or divestment decisions
- Prepare financial models and conduct due diligence for potential investments.
- Prepare investment, divestment and marketing materials for senior management or capital partners and investors.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to monitor the performance of existing investments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including tax, finance, legal, and third party advisors, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends, economic factors, capital markets and investment regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, managers, and other industry professionals.
Core Competencies:
- Financial Modelling: Advanced proficiency in Excel (DCF, IRR, waterfall, sensitivity, scenario analysis).
- Presentation: Expert in Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills; ability to distil complex analysis into clear executive materials.
- Analytics: Strong proficiency with data analysis; familiarity with real estate databases and market reports.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
- Detail Orientation: High accuracy, structured thinking, attention to detail and deadline discipline.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field; Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA would be a plus.
- 4–6 years proven experience in Dubai market with real estate investment/finance/analytics, ideally within a development company.
- Must have strong understanding of warehousing/logistics parks, residential developments, and office investments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive mindset.
