Investment Analyst/Senior Analyst - Private Markets

We are working with a Dubaibased investment platform with a longterm, global investment mandate across alternative asset classes. The firm actively deploys capital into highquality private market opportunities, partnering with leading GPs and investing directly through coinvestments and select primary transactions. This role offers broad exposure across private markets, close interaction with senior decisionmakers, and the opportunity to take responsibility early in a lean, highcaliber investment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full investment lifecycle across alternative asset classes including private equity, private credit, real assets, venture capital, and coinvestments
- Conduct indepth financial analysis, valuation modelling, and scenario analysis for new investment opportunities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence on external managers, direct investments, and coinvestment opportunities
- Prepare highquality investment memoranda, IC presentations, and supporting materials for internal approval
- Analyse fund structures, terms, and legal documentation in collaboration with external advisors
- Monitor portfolio performance, prepare quarterly reviews, and support ongoing portfolio management activities
- Track market trends, sector themes, and macro developments relevant to private markets
- Coordinate with external GPs, advisors, banks, and service providers as required
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline; CFA or progress toward CFA is preferred
- Analyst: 1-2 years of relevant experience in private equity, private credit, asset management, or alternative investments
- Senior Analyst: 3-4 years of relevant experience with demonstrable exposure to private market transactions
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience reviewing investment structures, fund terms, and transaction documentation
- Highly detailoriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced, highexpectation environment
- Commercial mindset with intellectual curiosity across alternative asset classes
