Investment & Asset Management Manager

We are partnering with a leading real estate investment platform to appoint an Investment & Asset Management Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing investment team responsible for evaluating and executing real estate investment opportunities across regional markets.

Responsibilities

You will support the end-to-end execution of real estate investment transactions, including financial modelling, underwriting, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation. This includes building financial models, performing DCF, IRR and sensitivity analyses, and assessing the commercial viability of investment opportunities.

You will coordinate due diligence workstreams, including legal, technical and valuation reviews, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process. You will also review transaction documentation, support deal structuring discussions, and contribute towards successful transaction execution.

Working alongside senior investment professionals, you will prepare investment papers, business cases and approval materials for management. From time to time, you will also support capital raising initiatives and other strategic projects.

Requirements

You should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, REITs, private equity, real estate development, investment banking, corporate finance, or real estate advisory.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong financial modelling and underwriting capabilities, together with hands-on experience in transaction execution, including due diligence and valuation review. Experience evaluating commercial or industrial real estate investments would be advantageous. You should also demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
