Overview

Our client is a market leading Investment Bank with a strong track record of executing landmark transactions across the GCC. The firm provides strategic and financial advisory services to sovereign entities, leading corporates, private investors, and financial sponsors across key regional markets including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.

As the firm continues to expand its regional footprint, they are seeking a talented Investment Banking Associate to join their Dubai office and support the execution of complex M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and modeling efforts for live mandates, including M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Prepare detailed pitch materials, client presentations, information memoranda, and other transaction-related documentation.
• Support senior team members in transaction execution and client coverage across the GCC region.
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to identify strategic opportunities and support origination initiatives.

Requirements

• Experienced in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory at a top-tier international or regional firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA qualification advantageous).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction), and analytical skills.
