Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Banking Transactions:Understanding complex transactions such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and Private Placements.
- Equity, Debt, and Capital Markets:Deep knowledge of capital raising activities (equity and debt markets) from high-net-worth individuals, and institutions, possibly working on structuring deals for companies seeking to raise capital.
- Market Research & Investment Identification:Conducting market research to discover potential investments and new business opportunities for the bank or clients.
- Client Connectivity:Resourcefulness in reaching potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions through an established network.
- Product Development & Competitive Positioning:Providing market insights to assist in developing new financial products and strategically positioning them in a competitive landscape.
- Client Engagement & Business Development:Contacting potential clients, setting up meetings, and building strong relationships. This also includes presenting the company's offerings to investors and negotiating deals.
- Stakeholder Relationships:Maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders such as clients, partners, investors, and regulators.
- Events & Networking:Scanning for opportunities to attend conferences, meetings, and events relevant to business development or investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3 to5 years of Experience in banking, financial services, or professional services, with a focus on business development and client engagement.
