Core Responsibilities and Duties: (Includes but not limited to)
- Supports in the baseline assessment and strategy development exercise for our clients, through:
- Providing intellectual input in brainstorming sessions.
- Gathering required data internally and externally.
- Studying market trends through desk and on the ground data research.
- Managing analysis of financial, operational and market performance. Providing overall recommendations.
- Handle the development of required documentation for the strategy exercise including baseline assessment reports, market assessment reports, strategy reports, financial models, etc.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial models and interpret data effectively
- Experience or academic knowledge in Investments and Finance
- Familiarity with Private Equity operations and processes
- Understanding of Due Diligence principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
