A leading investment platform is seeking an experienced Investment Director to join its growing investment team, with a focus across Real Estate, Hospitality, and Tourism-related investments.
This position will play a key role in both portfolio management and new investment execution, working closely with senior leadership to drive value creation, operational enhancement, strategic growth initiatives, and transaction execution across a diversified portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the oversight and strategic management of portfolio companies across real estate, hospitality, and tourism sectors
- Partner closely with executive management teams and board members to drive operational and financial performance improvements
- Assess investment opportunities, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and growth initiatives
- Support end-to-end transaction execution including origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and post-investment monitoring
- Evaluate business strategies, operational efficiencies, capital allocation initiatives, and expansion opportunities
- Monitor portfolio risk, performance metrics, and investment returns
- Work alongside external advisors, consultants, investment banks, and legal counsel on strategic initiatives and transactions
- Contribute to long-term investment strategy and sector coverage priorities
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience within Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Investment Banking, Principal Investments, or large diversified investment groups
- Strong exposure to Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure, or Tourism investments
- Demonstrated experience managing investments and engaging with senior stakeholders, boards, and executive teams
- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities
- Proven ability to identify operational and strategic value creation opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualifications are advantageous
