Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze new investment opportunities, such as acquiring new lands, by assessing financial viability, risks, and alignment with company goals.
  2. Analyze and review market research analysis, including analyzing market trends, demographic data, and economic indicators to forecast the potential of real estate investments.
  3. Develop, manage and maintain detailed financial models to estimate project costs, forecast revenues, and calculate projected returns, supporting accurate financial planning.
  4. Track and monitor the financial performance of current projects, comparing actual outcomes to forecasts and identifying variances for further analysis and action.
  5. Deliver project review presentations, offering insights into financial performance, risks, and progress to facilitate executive decision-making.
  6. Prepare cash flow projections and calculate financial metrics such as ROI, IRR, and NPV to evaluate project feasibility and guide investment decisions.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, business development, and project teams, to gather and analyze necessary data for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all financial activities, maintaining the integrity of financial data and reporting.
  9. Develop and communicate a clear vision for the team in alignment with organizational goals and ensure the cascading of strategic objectives to the sub-departmental level.
  10. Ensure team goals and performance metrics are met and track progress toward achieving strategic objectives.
  11. Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and monitor action plan progress.
  12. Model organizational values in all interactions and decisions.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments.
  14. Fulfill the direct reports development plans and ensure continuous professional development.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication, teamwork, and high morale.
  16. Lead initiatives to improve processes and implement changes effectively within the team.
  17. Timely submission of departments periodical reports to Top Management.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience with a proven success record in the same role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Master's degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders expectations.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
