Investment, Partnerships & Operations Manager - France Residency By Investment

Dubai, UAE | Full-time | French & English bilingual

The Open World is hiring a bilingual French-English Investment, Partnerships & Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder & CEO on France IDEA, our investment-led French residency programme. Boutique, entrepreneurial team, a true 360° role, progressively becoming the Founder's right hand.

Investment analysis & sourcing

• Source and screen French real estate and corporate opportunities; analyse P&Ls, cash flows, financial models and financing plans
• Challenge capital structures (equity, ADP, CCA, senior/subordinated debt), IRR, LTV/LTC, DSCR, cash-on-cash returns, dilution, waterfalls, exit assumptions
• Assess developer/operator track records, run due diligence, deliver clear go/no-go recommendations
• Read a teaser and know what to challenge — without a checklist

Partnerships & representation

• Main point of contact for our B2B partners (immigration firms, wealth managers, family offices); present France IDEA to partners and investors
• Travel internationally with the Founder for meetings and conferences
• Supported by our sales team for day-to-day client follow-up

Operations

• Coordinate investor/opportunity pipelines; liaise with developers, advisers, legal/tax/immigration partners
• Help build our CRM, reporting and screening processes as we scale

Profile

• Fluent French & English; strong background in investment analysis, corporate finance, real estate investment, PE, transaction advisory or asset management
• Able to independently challenge a business plan or model; strong on debt/equity structures
• Commercial, well-presented, comfortable with HNW investors and senior executives; entrepreneurial and travel-ready
• Plus: French real estate development experience, IC/due diligence work, an existing French developer/investor network, Golden Visa/RCBI background, extra languages

Compensation: Fixed + significant variable, tied to (1) contracts signed with distribution partners and (2) performance of opportunities you source into the portfolio.

Location: Dubai, UAE, with regular international travel.
