Job Title: Investment Partnerships Specialist

Job Purpose
:The Investment Partnerships Specialist supports the development, management, and performance monitoring of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and investment relationships. The role ensures effective governance, stakeholder coordination, commercial alignment, and value creation across the partnership portfolio while supporting strategic and investment objectives
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Manage relationships with joint venture partners, affiliates, and strategic stakeholders, serving as a key coordination point between all partie
- s.Monitor compliance with shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, governance requirements, and contractual obligation
- s.Support the evaluation, establishment, and ongoing management of strategic partnerships and joint venture
- s.Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance of partnership entities and identify improvement opportunitie
- s.Assist in developing business cases, strategic assessments, investment evaluations, and partnership recommendation
- s.Coordinate governance activities, including board matters, approvals, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- s.Support negotiations related to partnership arrangements, commercial agreements, and strategic initiative
- s.Monitor partnership risks, maintain risk registers, and recommend mitigation measure
- s.Prepare management reports, performance dashboards, presentations, and investment update
- s.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with organizational goal
- s.Identify opportunities to enhance partnership performance, operational efficiency, and investment return
