Key Responsibilities
- Provide brokerage services with a strong understanding of deal structures, timing, and value drivers.
- Advise clients on investment, sales, and leasing strategies based on market fundamentals and qualitative insights.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships across residential or mixed-use assets.
- Work collaboratively across the UAE to maximize deal opportunities.
- Leverage in-house research, market intelligence, and consulting insights in client engagements.
- Contribute to team growth by supporting knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaborative success.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–4+ years of experience in UAE real estate brokerage (sales-focused roles preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, investment principles, and value generation (beyond basic ROI discussions).
- Ability to clearly articulate deal rationale and market positioning to clients.
- Commercial mindset with a relationship-driven sales approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
