We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investments Consultant to spearhead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and closing investment opportunities with Private Investors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Institutional Investors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and marketing acumen with a proven ability to cultivate investor relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute directly to the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across targeted investor markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close investment deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and actively manage a strong investor pipeline using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking platforms.
- Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and emerging trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reports, deal updates, and strategic insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in investments, fundraising, business development, or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, investor behavior, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated track record of building investor networks and achieving deal closures.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
