Functional Responsibilities
- Lead investment opportunity assessments across healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors to support strategic growth objectives.
- Develop advanced financial models to evaluate investment feasibility, valuation accuracy, and transaction profitability.
- Prepare investment committee presentations, board materials, and transaction summaries supporting executive decision-making processes.
- Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence to assess target company performance and investment risks.
- Support transaction negotiations and structuring activities to achieve favorable commercial and financial outcomes.
- Identify operational improvement initiatives and value creation opportunities across investment portfolio companies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Preferred 1. Master's Degree. 2. Professional Certificate in relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 7 years.
Preferred 2 years of experience at a `Supervisor` level.
Language
English - proficient.
Preferred Arabic - Proficient.
