Role Description The Investor Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential investors aligned with Eco Lex Legal's growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include researching investor markets, preparing investor outreach plans, scheduling and leading presentations and meetings, and maintaining a structured pipeline of prospects. The Investor Acquisition Manager will coordinate with legal and marketing teams to develop compelling investment materials, proposals, and pitch decks, and will track negotiation progress and deal status in a CRM or similar system. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing regular reports on investor activity, and contributing to strategic decisions that support the firm's expansion.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in investor relations, business development, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in financial analysis, valuation basics, and preparing investment proposals or pitch materials for institutional or private investors.
  • Background in sales, negotiation, and deal closing, including experience managing pipelines and working with CRM or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of legal or professional services markets; familiarity with the UAE business environment or international law firms is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in finance or investment are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to identify investor segments, assess opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects concurrently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
