IP Commercial Manager in
Qatar. In this specific position you will manage, control, and develop Industrial Projects customer engagement strategies and activities within the country in alignment with the group business strategy to deliver maximum profitability, while also leading pricing and tendering strategies for Industrial Projects opportunities.

In this IP Commercial Manager position
- You will create, follow up, and review the Industrial Projects pipeline.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- You will gain project logistics business with a focus on Breakbulk and OOG cargo.
- You will implement business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rates, revenue targets, and budgets.
- You will support the Country IP Head to devise, fine-tune, and implement overall business development strategy and directives.
- You will lead customer meetings and sales visits (potential and existing) and present company capabilities.
- You will drive market profiling and customer/competitor research and analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges.
- You will be responsible for conducting high-quality presentations of the entire range of IP services to customers.
- You will follow up with customers on the status of quotes and proposals submitted.
- You will initiate contact with targeted prospects, identify decision-makers, and work to understand strategic business challenges and priorities.
- You will closely coordinate with other DHL product sales teams for project opportunities.
- You will work closely with regional and global commercial teams for Qatar opportunities.
Now, Here's What We Need From You.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and the ability to focus on outcomes.
- Understanding of the current Project Logistics Market in Qatar.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships.
- Strong problem solving and outside of the box thinking skills.
- Minimum 8 years within the transport, logistics, heavy lifting or freight forwarding industry, preferably within the Project freight forwarding industry.
- Experience in the Oil & Energy Logistics sector/Experience as account manager.
