Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated software developer with background in IP Telephony, having experience in Asterisk for Dialer application, call management and IVR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining call center application.
Required Skillset & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of development experience in Asterisk.
- Experience in deployment and configuration of Asterisk.
- Experience in AGI, AMI and Restful API structure in Asterisk.
- Experience in Dialer application development
- Expert in any software development technology, preferably .Net Core/MVC, Web API, REST API, Entity Framework, HTML, LINQ/SQL server and SQL query writing.
- Other languages and frameworks like react/Angular: 2-3 years (Nice to have)
- Proficient in working in source control environment such as TFS and Git.
- Experience working with multiple deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
