Job Description

MCOMS is looking for an IPTV Services Installation and Support Engineer to deliver, integrate, and support guest-facing technology solutions across hospitality, cruise ship, and healthcare environments. The role combines hands-on installation and advanced technical support with customer-facing responsibilities, cross-team collaboration, and international project travel across the MEA and APAC regions.

Key Accountabilities

Implement Installation, configuration and integration of MCOM Guest facing technologies for MCOMS customers in all different contexts (Hospitality, Cruise ship, Healthcare)

Deliver 2nd and 3rd level technical support services for MCOMS customer base as per company's policies and procedures.

Actively manage (resolve, escalate, follow up) MCOMS customer complaints and requests and provide resolution reports and customer KPI statistics when necessary.

Assist in customer demos and mockups preparation

Prepare reports and documentation in cooperation with other departments (Product Development / Presales / Content)

Requirements

Technical knowledge in IP Network infrastructure & technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquity)

Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2025 Operating systems

Good networking skills, with a strong problem-solving approach and solid troubleshooting abilities.

Strong customer care skills focusing on customer satisfaction

Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to handle and solve technical problems, attention to detail

Strong team player, good communication skills.

Ability to travel in MEA and APAC regions up to 35% per year for short duration company projects on customers sites.

Technical Background

BSc Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent proven working experience

Certification in networking from Cisco, (CCNA or CCNP) or equivalent proven hands-on working experience in a network vendor or partner (minimum 3 years)

Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
