Iraq Regional Vice President

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives to drive business growth and ensure profitability.

2. Oversee oil and gas exploration, production, and logistics activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety meet international standards.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Iraqi government departments and related agencies to ensure compliance and drive business progress.

4. Manage and develop the regional team, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments, providing growth and development opportunities for employees, and promoting localization.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant senior management qualifications preferred.

2. Over 10 years of experience in the oil industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management position, with familiarity with the Middle East or Iraqi oil market operations.

3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Kurdish preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Excellent team management skills; able to lead cross-cultural teams collaboratively and drive organizational development.

5. Familiar with oil and gas exploration, production, logistics and market development processes, and possess strategic planning and risk management capabilities.
