A leading company (ELV SYSTEMS)in Trivandrum City is looking for a Tendering Officer with experience in tenders, commercial proposals, and project coordination. Technical Engineers and CCTV technicians
Key Responsibilities
Tender preparation and related procedures.
Experience in commercial proposals, quotations, and contract conditions.
Coordinate procurement, sales, and project-related activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Address challenges and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Outdoor Sales & Projects.
Strong knowledge of email communication, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
