Job Description

  • Engineering Change Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of EC (Engineering Change)/PCN (Process Change Notice) in thefactory.
  • Production Data Maintenance: Responsible for data entry, update, and verification in production systems such as TDC, MES and SAP. Ensure production data is accurate and traceable to support production.
  • Label Management: Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels. Ensure label information complies with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory management standards.
  • System Process Optimization: Identify pain points in the operation of manufacturing systems and bottlenecks in production processes. Propose optimization solutions, drive implementation, and verify results to improve production efficiency and system usability.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: Complete engineering preparation to ensure new products are mass-produced as scheduled.
  • Production Abnormality Resolution: Quickly resolve production abnormalities to ensure smooth production operations. Organize root cause analysis, develop and implement solutions to minimize production impact and shorten downtime

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering or related fields.
  • Familiar with engineering change management processes.
  • Proficient in operating at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP) .
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
