We are looking for an experienced
Program Management Engineering Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within Lenovos Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This role focuses on driving manufacturing readiness, ensuring design-for-manufacturability, and building a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions at scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the master schedule for NPI projects, managing all phases from EVT, DVT to PVT.
- Ensure timely achievement of key milestones such as first article delivery, pilot build ramp-up, and mass production handover.
- Lead design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Build and manage the NPI team, including KPI oversight and talent development.
- Drive collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 58 years of experience in NPI, process engineering, or project engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
- English language proficiency (mandatory).
