Join Lenovos Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of server hardware testing. In this role, you will lead process optimization, introduce advanced testing technologies, and ensure top-quality standards for enterprise-level solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a global environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish, optimize, and standardize server hardware testing processes, specifications, and metrics.
    • Promote implementation of testing standards across cross-functional teams.
    • Lead planning and advancement of specialized server testing technologies.
    • Evaluate and introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment.
    • Enhance testing efficiency and depth through innovative solutions.
    • Address critical quality incidents from clients with professional technical analysis.
    • Provide effective solutions to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies.

    Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of hardware testing experience, including at least 3 years in test team management for servers or enterprise-level storage/networking equipment.
    • Proven experience in test management for server new product introduction (NPI) and mass production.
    • Strong knowledge of server hardware testing processes and metrics.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
