Join Lenovos Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) as a
Staff Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of server hardware testing. In this role, you will lead process optimization, introduce advanced testing technologies, and ensure top-quality standards for enterprise-level solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a global environment.
Your Responsibilities
Establish, optimize, and standardize server hardware testing processes, specifications, and metrics.- Promote implementation of testing standards across cross-functional teams.
- Lead planning and advancement of specialized server testing technologies.
- Evaluate and introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment.
- Enhance testing efficiency and depth through innovative solutions.
- Address critical quality incidents from clients with professional technical analysis.
- Provide effective solutions to resolve complex technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies.
Position Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of hardware testing experience, including at least 3 years in test team management for servers or enterprise-level storage/networking equipment.
- Proven experience in test management for server new product introduction (NPI) and mass production.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware testing processes and metrics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
