Role Description The Part-Time ISO Coordinator role is an on-site position located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The ISO Coordinator will assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO standards and related quality management systems across the workshop and service operations. Day-to-day tasks include documenting procedures, monitoring compliance, updating records, and coordinating internal audits to ensure adherence to established processes. The role involves collaborating with supervisors and carpentry teams to identify areas for improvement, support corrective actions, and help prepare for external audits. The ISO Coordinator will also contribute to training staff on relevant quality procedures and help promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, and management.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to support quality standards that enhance client experience.
• Inventory Control and Parts Ordering skills to help maintain accurate records and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (such as ISO 9001) and experience with quality management systems.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Previous experience in joinery, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work part time on-site in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
