Job Description

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting ISO Management System Coordinator to join at the Company Head Office in Dubai and support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company's Integrated Management System across head office departments and project sites. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing ISO systems, coordinating internal and external audits, and working closely with different departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and certification requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards and company procedures
  • Act as the main point of contact for external certification bodies during surveillance, recertification, and compliance audits
  • Work closely with internal departments and project teams to prepare required documents, records, and audit evidence before audits
  • Plan and conduct internal audits across departments and project sites to ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Follow up on audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of action items
  • Review and maintain company policies, procedures, forms, and process documents related to management systems
  • Support departments in implementing and maintaining ISO-related requirements and best practices
  • Coordinate management review meetings and prepare compliance reports for management review
  • Monitor compliance performance and identify areas for process improvement
  • Conduct awareness sessions or training for employees related to management systems and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling ISO management systems, preferably within construction, engineering, or contracting companies
  • Good understanding of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Experience coordinating with external auditors and managing certification audits independently
  • Experience conducting internal audits and following up on corrective actions
  • ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification will be highly preferred
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and project teams
