The Saudi Tadawul Group was established in March 2021, following the transformation of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) into a Holding Group structure. It is the parent company with a portfolio of four subsidiaries, which operate independently while benefitting from the integration and synergies between one another.
The subsidiaries include: The Saudi Exchange, a dedicated stock exchange business, the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa), the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Wamid – a new innovative applied technology services business, focused on providing innovation and nascent technologies to the capital markets industry through pragmatic innovation.

Job description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting business opportunities through promoting Edaa services and expanding issuer utilization.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversion of opportunities into revenue.
- Lead high-level discussions, presentations, and engagement initiatives with issuers to strengthen partnerships.
- Analyze issuer needs, market trends, and feedback to recommend enhancements to products and services.
- Coordinate internally with product development, operations, and client services teams to resolve complex issuer issues.
- Monitor issuer performance metrics, engagement levels, and satisfaction indicators, taking proactive action where needed.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management on issuer trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all issuer interactions.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Represent the organization in industry events, forums, and issuer-related engagements.

- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.

Job Requirements
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications are preferred
Knowledge and Experience
- 6+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, capital markets, or financial services, knowledge of post-trade services, custody, and issuer-related processes.
