ISV Co-op (3-Month Program)

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in managing and scaling cloud software partnerships Our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) team is looking for a driven ISV Partner Operations Co-op to join us for a 3-month opportunity!

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced alliance managers to support our software partner ecosystem, optimize operational processes, track pipeline performance, and gain deep insight into how cloud software partnerships scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ecosystem Operations: Maintain ISV partner databases, improve data quality, and support onboarding and operational readiness.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports to track partner certifications, pipeline, and enablement progress.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis on software partners and emerging cloud ecosystem trends.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal follow-ups across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Process Automation: Identify process improvement opportunities and help automate recurring operational tasks.

Tools You'll Work With:

• Core Systems: Salesforce, Google Cloud Console
• Productivity & Analytics: Excel, PowerPoint, Word / Google Workspace

Requirements:

• Current University Student requiring a 3-month co-op in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0.
