Job Purpose
- To install, implement, administer and support IT software applications. The primary objective of the role is to provide first level resolution. This will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolved problems as the first point of Application support, and/or escalating the issue to the next level specialist teams to investigate and resolve the issue.
Daily Operations
- Daily System Integrity check. As a part of EOD (End of Day) process system will throw some system/data related errors, which are to be reviewed and take a proper corrective measures or escalated to next level authority, and file the documents properly.
- Monitors designated applications and takes corrective action to prevent or minimize system down time.
- Handle the Application related helpdesks, emails, phone calls by analyzing the problem and provide the appropriate resolution.
- Creates user documentation and may train personnel on new applications software or existing application modifications.
- Perform Month End/Year End Process as per the Business/system requirement.
- Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
- Troubleshoots to resolve system related problems; coordinates with relevant System Administrators and/or escalate to next level of expert regarding problem resolution.
- Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
- Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environment
- The candidate shall serve as part of a team responsible to maintain the system availability rate of 99%
- Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs
- Conduct training on application to users.
- Generate/Modify Reports as per Business Requirements, with proper approvals.
- Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with business heads.
- Deriving possible solutions to anticipated problems.
- Setup for the new branches as per the business expansion requirements.
- Monitor and upload data to the system from external sources with proper approval.
- Testing sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended
- Conducting testing and installing the program in to production.
- Designing and monitoring data upload to external systems as per business requirements with proper approval.
- Writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience
- 1-3 years knowledge on AUTOLINE DRIVE
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree on Computer Studies or related field
