What We're Looking For: MUST HAVE
- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience within enterprise environments
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP experience across ERP and enterprise applications
- Minimum 4 years of SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience
- Minimum 5 years in managerial or leadership positions within IT Applications function.
- Strong experience managing enterprise applications ecosystems including SAP and third-party business systems
- Proven experience in ERP governance, application support management, enhancements, integrations, and business engagement
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, SAP BTP, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration frameworks
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or large enterprise environments is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and vendor management capabilities
- Ability to align technology solutions with business priorities and operational requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the enterprise applications landscape across the organization, including SAP and all related business applications
- Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications
- Lead application support operations, incident management, problem resolution, and service delivery governance
- Manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud operations, enhancements, releases, testing cycles, and system optimization initiatives
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Govern application integrations and ensure seamless data flow between enterprise systems and operational platforms
- Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across departments
- Coordinate with Infrastructure & Operations teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable platforms
- Oversee vendors, implementation partners, AMS providers, and external consultants to ensure quality delivery and SLA compliance
- Establish application governance standards, documentation practices, change management processes, and compliance controls
- Support dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and process digitization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
- Monitor post-implementation performance and ensure continuous optimization of systems and user experience
- Lead and develop the applications team, ensuring capability development, accountability, and delivery excellence
- Ensure effective user engagement, adoption, training coordination, and business support across all enterprise applications
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Activate, or related modules are highly preferred
- ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, Agile, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus
- Strong expertise in enterprise application lifecycle management and digital transformation programs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance within enterprise applications
- Experience in cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and hybrid enterprise environments
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities effectively
