Role Description The IT Application Operation Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting and maintaining the studio's core applications and technology tools. This role involves monitoring application performance, handling user support requests, and resolving technical issues related to software and system usage. The specialist will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, optimize processes, and ensure that IT systems effectively support day-to-day design, production, and order management activities. The role also includes documenting procedures, coordinating with external vendors or service providers when needed, and proactively identifying improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
Experience with Application Support and Technical Support for business-critical tools and systems.
Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals, including software, networks, and basic security practices.
Ability to understand and improve Business Processes, aligning IT applications with operational workflows.
Relevant experience in IT operations, help desk, or application support roles.
Comfort working remotely, managing priorities independently, and communicating clearly with non-technical team members.
Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience with small business environments or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
