Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
IT Assistant Intern to join our team at Azco Real Estate, JVC. This is a paid internship opportunity designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands on experience in IT support within a fast paced real estate environment. You will work onsite and assist in maintaining the day-to-day IT operations of the company while developing your technical and professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues across the organization.
- Assist in troubleshooting IT-related issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Support the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Help maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and software licenses.
- Assist in implementing basic IT security practices such as antivirus updates and data backups.
- Coordinate with the IT team during system maintenance, upgrades, and vendor interactions.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing IT accounts, emails, and devices.
- Work closely with the HR team for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT support, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and manage tasks effectively.
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately is preferred.
