Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
- Lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects.
- Drive CRM, MarTech, workplace automation, and enterprise application rollouts.
- Manage project planning, vendors, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication.
- Build business cases, prioritize IT demand, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, or IT Project Management.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and change management.
- Excellent communication and project delivery skills.
Essential
• BacheloR's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a business partnering, business analysis or IT project management role.
