Job Description:
-Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businessneeds and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
-Analysis & Documentation:Analyze processes, workflows, and systems;document functional and non-functional requirements.
-Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with IT teams, project managers, andbusiness units to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
-Solution Design Support:Participate in solution design discussions, ensuringfeasibility and adherence to best practices.
-Testing & Validation:Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT),and defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
-Change Management:Assist in implementing and managing change processesfor new systems or updates to existing systems.
-Reporting:Create and present reports on project progress, issues, and risks.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in thebanking or financial services industry.
-Strong understanding of banking operations, IT systems, and business processes.
-Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams,process modeling).
-Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred
-Experience with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or paymentprocessingsolutions.
-Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
