IT Business Analyst for Customer Relationship Management specialising in Automotive Industry:

  • Support in the implementation of CRM solutions tailored to optimize automotive sales and after-sales processes, resulting in streamlined operations.

  • Lead and Opportunity Management
  • 360-Degree Customer Information
  • Case management
  • Customer Survey
  • Integration with Dynamics 365 for full sales and after sales process
  • Integration with Social Media platforms to capture leads
  • Integration with Contact Centre Solutions (Genesys CX2)
  • Leverage strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to implementation, delivering solutions (Projects/ SCR's) on time and within budget constraints.
  • Led cross-functional teams in the successful execution of digital initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and boosting sales performance within the

automotive sector.

  • Play a pivotal role in the conceptualization and execution of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive business elicitation sessions to identify key requirements and pain points, driving the development of IT solutions that addressed critical business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, department heads, and external vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business strategies.
  • Manage complex stakeholder dynamics within a group company environment, effectively balancing competing priorities and perspectives to achieve consensus and

drive project success.

  • Facilitate daily huddles to ensure clear communication and alignment among project team members, fostering collaboration and addressing any roadblocks to progress in

real-time.

  • Orchestrate weekly macros to provide a comprehensive overview of project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks, enabling informed decision-making and

proactive risk management.

  • Prepare deck for steering committee by synthesizing complex information into concise and impactful presentations.
  • Present progress updates in portfolio sessions led by the Project Management Office (PMO), showcasing project status, timelines, risks, and issues to key stakeholders,

ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Maintain and update the project portfolio repository with accurate and up-to-date information on project status, timelines, risks, and issues, facilitating centralized access to critical project data for stakeholders.
