Contract Role - IMMEDIATE START
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Business Consultant to lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise ERP and HR-IT systems. This is a delivery-focused role covering the full project lifecycle -from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch support. The successful candidate will combine strong ERP functional knowledge with business analysis, integration and stakeholder management skills, and will be comfortable operating independently across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and optimisation across Finance, Supply Chain and Projects, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory and Order Management.
- Configure and optimise Oracle EBS, SAP or equivalent ERP platforms in line with business requirements.
- Deliver HR-IT initiatives across HRMS, payroll, time & attendance, leave, T&E and performance management.
- Design business processes, workflows, approval hierarchies and operating models across ERP and HR systems.
- Lead requirements workshops and produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows and functional solution designs.
- Conduct gap analysis and translate business requirements into scalable, configuration-led solutions.
- Support integrations between ERP, HR, procurement, CRM and third-party platforms, including data mapping and API-based integrations.
- Own SIT/UAT, defect management, data migration, cutover, go-live and post-launch hypercare.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation vendors.
- Proactively manage risks, blockers, decisions and project governance documentation.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years experience delivering enterprise applications as an IT Business Consultant, Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, SAP or another major ERP platform.
- Experience across core ERP modules within Finance and/or Supply Chain.
- Proven delivery experience with HR-IT systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Adrenalin or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of ERP configuration, workflows, approval hierarchies and data models.
- Experience with system integrations and a working understanding of APIs and cross-platform data flows.
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills across BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process mapping.
- Proven ability to independently drive projects through the full implementation lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and proactive communication skills.
Preferred
- UAE/GCC enterprise transformation experience.
- Experience working within Group IT or enterprise PMO environments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
