Role Description

The IT Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth through identifying and acquiring new business opportunities related to managed IT services. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing business strategies, managing client accounts, and fostering partnerships in the IT industry. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to negotiate and close deals while delivering tailored IT solutions to meet client needs. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Information Technology and proficiency in technical IT concepts and solutions in managed services
• Strong Business Development and Account Management skills, with demonstrated success in building client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in IT solutions, sales, or business development are an advantage
• Experience in the managed services or IT services industry will be highly beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the organization's strategic goals
• Saudi Arabia market knowledge is preferred/added advantage.
