Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pervious experience in handling Enterprise and government clients.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise solution sales in the Gulf.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT products ( ELV, CCTV, servers, storage, cabling and networking, virtualization, cloud, etc.).
  • Strong connections with vendors, distributors, and enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in IT infrastructure.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within mid-size to enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to prepare proposals, quotes, and RFP responses.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, presentations, pricing negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and vendor offerings (e.g., HPE, Aruba, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, Lenovo etc.).
  • Attend industry events, vendor meetings, and client presentations to promote the company's services and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collections, renewals, and upselling to existing accounts.
