Technology Enabler:
- Collaborate closely with the various business functions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement innovative tech solutions for digital and physical events, including immersive experiences using VR/AR/metaverse platforms.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance customer engagement and simplify business processes.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a bridge between various regional IT and business teams, vendors, and external partners to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation solutions
Innovation & Emerging Tech Integration:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, AR, VR, and the metaverse.
- Propose and pilot innovative solutions that drive business value and enhance brand experiences.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with a strong focus on technology and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, VR/AR platforms, and metaverse environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
