Contribute to the preparation of compliance reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting compliance status, identified issues, and remediation progress. Monitor key compliance metrics and indicators
Assist in internal and external compliance audits and investigations. Provide support in gathering evidence, responding to inquiries, and facilitating the audit process. Collaborate with legal and internal audit teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions
Job Specification:
Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field. A law degree or relevant legal certifications are preferred
+ 1 yrs. experience in IT legal and compliance mgmt., contract mgmt., or a related role
privacy, security, intellectual property, and contracts
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to IT legal and compliance
Familiarity with IT governance and control frameworks (e.g., COBIT) is a plus
